Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative CV Writer cum Recruiter to join our remote team. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, recruitment, or content writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit professional CVs/resumes tailored for IT and Contact Center roles

• Craft compelling cover letters and optimize LinkedIn profiles

• Screen and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments

• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand and fulfill recruitment requirements

Qualifications:

• 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers welcome)

• Strong command of written and spoken English

• Experience in CV/resume writing, customer service, or recruitment preferred

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
