Job Title: International Banking Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)

Salary:

Up to ₹8,00,000 per annum

Shifts & Schedule:

• US and Australian Rotational Shifts (Night Shift)

• Evening Shifts

• 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to international banking and credit card services, including account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting.

• Deliver clear, accurate, and professional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

• Resolve complaints following proper banking procedures and escalation protocols.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and report critical issues.

• Meet set performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC with minimum 18 months of international BPO experience (mandatory)

• Graduates with minimum 10 months of international BPO experience (mandatory)

• Prior experience in banking, finance, or related customer service domains preferred

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Comfortable with US/Night rotational shifts

• No career gaps—continuous work history is a must

• Must reside in Mumbai (No relocation cases considered)

• Should possess valid documents: ID proof, educational certificates, and work experience documentation

• If 1–2 relieving letters are missing, supportive documents like offer letter, pay slips, or complete bank statements will be required

• Background verification will be done via UAN service history
