Job Overview

We are seeking a Manual Tester - Crew and Ops with 5-8 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies and Airline Operations & Crew domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Software Testing & QA Methodologies

• Perform System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Web Service Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, and other project materials to ensure quality.
• Design and execute test cases for thorough validation of software applications.

✅ Defect Management & Customer Support

• Execute test scenarios, analyze results, create defect reports, and participate in defect triage meetings.
• Provide UAT/SIT support at customer sites and engage with customers for issue resolution.

✅ Mentorship & Collaboration

• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on best testing practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality.

✅ Technical Expertise

• Work with test management and defect tracking systems (preferably JIRA).
• Exposure to Test Automation tools (preferably Selenium) is an added advantage.

Technical Qualifications

✔ Manual Testing experience, specifically in the Crew and Ops domain.
✔ Knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
✔ Experience with test case design and execution.
✔ Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA preferred).
✔ Automation testing exposure is a plus (Selenium preferred).
