Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Writer / Content Developer, you will:

✅ Work with technically complex information
✅ Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts
✅ Produce high-quality technical content for developers and customers
✅ Advocate for user-centered documentation and knowledge sharing

Key Responsibilities

✔ Create high-quality technical documentation for app developers and admins
✔ Collaborate with developers and SMEs to identify content gaps and create solutions
✔ Advocate for user-centered documentation
✔ Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
✔ Monitor content impact through metrics and take data-driven actions
✔ Test pre-release software to understand functionality and workflows
✔ Mentor junior writers on best practices, writing, and tools
✔ Work agilely to ensure content is valuable and useful

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Proven experience in technical writing, editing, and content development
✅ Ability to define best practices, tools, templates, and terminology
✅ Agile (Scrum, Kanban) knowledge and experience with Jira
✅ Ability to assess content impact using metrics
✅ Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
✅ Familiarity with web services, databases, cloud architecture, and key software concepts
✅ Experience with docs-as-code tools (Markdown, GitHub, VS Code) or willingness to learn
