The Role

We are expanding our Aviation Finance team and are seeking a Delhi-based Manager to support and lead a variety of consulting projects. This position involves managing project teams, working on valuations, lease modeling, airline restructuring, and sustainable finance topics while also contributing to thought leadership and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of small and mid-level projects.

• Develop work scopes, manage analysts/associates, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Act as the main contact for clients and build long-term relationships.

• Guide junior team members, foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.

• Contribute to various finance-related domains: cash flow modeling, valuations, lease negotiations, and asset audits.

• Support senior team members on larger consultancy projects.

• Participate in thought leadership and business development: attend conferences, assist in proposal development, and build a professional network.

• Help clients navigate key industry themes such as sustainable finance and new aircraft technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience in aircraft finance at a financial institution, aircraft lessor, OEM/Supplier, airline, or consulting firm.

• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.

• Experience managing structured projects or initiatives.

• Willingness and ability to travel when needed.

• Comfortable working in a flat organizational structure and agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.

• ISTAT Appraiser or Candidate (preferred).

• Familiarity with sustainable aviation and industry trends.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).

• Experience with tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plus.
