About the Role

Techolution is seeking an accomplished Financial Analyst – MIS to join our Financial Operations team. This role involves overseeing comprehensive financial management activities including corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for financial analysis with a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports

• Identify financial performance trends and risks; provide strategic recommendations

• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and produce detailed financial reports

• Support budgeting processes and monthly financial close procedures

• Analyze key business drivers and generate various MIS (Management Information System) reports

• Provide financial insights and support to project teams

• Develop financial projections and construct robust financial models

• Conduct in-depth financial research and variance analysis

• Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and legal regulations

• Develop, manage, and distribute detailed dashboards and reporting tools for senior stakeholders

• Evaluate and continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs
