Function Overview

Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a leader in the commercial payments space, offering comprehensive solutions to help businesses manage their expenses. The Client Onboarding and Digital Capabilities team powers GCS by delivering scalable revenue-enabling services throughout the customer lifecycle.

Role Overview

As an Analyst – B2B Analytics and Insights, you will support sales and account development teams in their B2B and Goods & Services journey. You will act as a consultative partner by leveraging data analytics to identify optimal payment solutions and provide strategic improvement insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and identify creative data solutions to address customer needs.

• Deliver supplier/spend analytics using SQL, Python, Tableau, and other tools to drive spend strategy.

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from ideation to insight delivery.

• Perform in-depth data analysis and visualization to drive decision-making.

• Own and manage full project lifecycle; prioritize deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

• Track project performance metrics and provide visibility to senior stakeholders.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to develop data-driven strategies for business growth.

• Identify opportunities to create and enhance insight solutions in collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

• Perform backend data testing and UI testing for smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling.

• Proven ability to handle large datasets and derive actionable insights.

• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL/Hive.

• 4+ years of Tableau development experience (Mandatory), including complex dashboards.

• Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive collaboration.

• Background in B2B payments or experience with procurement/AP/AR data is preferred.
