About the Team

The Money Management and Reporting team handles three key segments:

  1. Automation of tasks and processes.

  2. Creating and maintaining reports for various functions, generating actionable insights.

  3. Owning the Money Management processes, including purchase order management, vendor onboarding, mailbox management, and financial reporting.


Role Overview

The Analyst will lead and execute moderately complex automations and drive efficiencies across various functions. This role involves building and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide visibility into business KPIs, uncovering insights to drive business outcomes. The Analyst will also support the team with mid-complexity Money Management processes, such as Vendor Onboarding, PO lifecycle management, and financial reporting. Their decision-making regarding automation selection and insights generation will directly impact the bottom line in terms of improved efficiency, quality, and reduced capital and operational expenses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain new and existing reports and dashboards according to business needs.

  • Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop, and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions, and reporting improvements.

  • Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, compiling it into actionable insights.

  • Create scalable, automated, user-friendly systems to drive efficiencies.

  • Preserve and store code repositories for future use and enhancements.

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for each report and automation owned for easy handoff and debugging.

  • Mentor new joiners through a Buddy Program to ensure a smooth onboarding process.


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years

    • At least 1.5 years in Reporting, Data Visualization, Analytics, and RPA

    • Minimum 2 years of Retail Experience

  • Education:

    • B.Tech/B.E./B.Com/BBM/Retail Operations Management or equivalent.


Core Skills & Competencies

Primary Skills (must-have):

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience working across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau).

  • Advanced Excel and Analytical Skills.

  • Proficiency in Python, Power Automate, SQL, Unix, Knime, and other automation tools.

  • Experience in Omni-channel retail.

Secondary Skills (desired):

  • Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

  • Ability to tell a story with data (Data storytelling).
