Job Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Consultant/Specialist within the Enterprise Operations and Technology team to contribute to the implementation of next-generation Digital Automation Platforms. The role involves solution design and development using BPM, RPA, or low-code automation tools. Exposure to Retail or Wholesale/Investment Banking is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate solutions using Aspose API.

• Automate workflows using Knime to transform and analyze data efficiently.

• Maintain best practices and documentation for Aspose-based development.

• Address enhancement requests and provide ongoing support for remediated solutions.

• Implement automation use cases using low-code platforms.

• Analyze requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts to assess technical feasibility.

• Participate in SIT/UAT testing, bug fixing, and defect triage.

• Demonstrate completed work to business users during UAT and Pre-Prod stages.

• Adhere to Citi's coding and architectural standards.

• Provide high-level designs and technical oversight on development projects.

• Ensure quality, security, and performance in application development.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology roles, with a minimum of 3 years in process automation.

• Hands-on expertise in Aspose API and Knime workflows.

• Strong understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into solutions.

• Solid understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Appian or other low-code platforms.

• Familiarity with ALM and CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, TFS, Jenkins, BMC RLM).

• Experience using GIT, JIRA, and automated build/test tools.

• Relevant certifications in Appian or other low-code technologies.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
