About the Team

The Merchandising Service Team (MST) plays a crucial role in maintaining Lowe’s in-store priorities: cleanliness, full stock, and proper service. MST optimizes merchandising execution by collaborating with various business units, ensuring operational efficiency, and streamlining workflows. The team focuses on high-quality execution, driving productivity, and supporting merchandising strategies across the store.

Job Summary

The MST Associate Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality audits of the bays executed by the MST team, supporting the strategy execution of labour capacity, vendors, and field merchandising teams. This position also involves working closely with various teams to maintain store operations, focusing on the most recently executed resets and large-scale labour hour projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Support MST teams at stores while executing processes across Resets & Services.

• Conduct audits on recently executed resets and large labour hour projects.

• Collaborate with SSC - B (Bangalore) and SSC - M (Mooresville, US) teams.

• Troubleshoot and assist in quality audits of the bays executed by the MST team.

• Follow disciplined approaches to data policies, quality, and management.

• Provide communication and progress updates on resets & services on a daily basis.

• Ensure compliance with all trackers and report updates accordingly.

Experience and Qualifications

Years of Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

Skills Required

• Primary Skills (Must Have):

  • Understanding of the Retail Industry (local or global).

  • Strong communication skills — able to articulate and communicate locally and globally.

  • Proficiency in Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Applications.

• Secondary Skills (Desired):

  • Retail industry experience is a plus.
