In this role, you will:

  • Provide detailed analytical support and consultation to the Global Benefits team as part of a Center of Excellence (COE).

  • Perform analysis and system administration related to benefit and wellbeing programs, data analysis, reporting, and systems management.

  • Support analysis to drive insights to ensure K-C attracts, retains, and rewards our talent in line with our Reward Philosophy.

  • Provide general instruction and guidance while using independent discretion to resolve a variety of issues.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide analytical services for various global benefit programs and projects, ensuring objectives are carried out effectively and on time. This includes data management, audits, reporting, and interaction with global reward team members.

  • Provide ad hoc and self-directed reports and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, issues, etc.

  • Support annual and periodic updates to K-C’s benefits database.

  • Manage invoicing and recharge process for global EAP and other programs.

  • Collaborate with global Reward teams and Talent business partners to schedule wellbeing webinars with our EAP provider.

  • Drive development and manage updates of our internal intranet page on wellbeing support.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure progress is maintained within expected guidelines.

  • Participate in process improvement activities related to leveraging data and technology.

  • Collaborate with the North America benefits team as required.

  • Work on other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of compensation and benefit analysis or related experience.

  • Skills:

    • Demonstrated analytical and PC skills in performance of complex analysis and modeling.

    • Knowledge & experience with Workday (preferred).

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    • Critical Skills:

      • A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness for completing projects.

      • Ability to learn and use multiple systems, including Workday.

      • Excellent Excel skills.

      • Excellent communication skills, including with global teams.

      • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility.

      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
