Job Description:

In this role, you'll support the Global Benefits team as part of a Center of Excellence (COE) and perform data analysis, reporting, and systems management to drive insights aligned with our Reward Philosophy. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, help attract and retain talent, and contribute to global benefit programs.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide analytical services for various global benefit programs and projects to ensure effective and timely delivery.

  • Perform data management, audits, reporting, and interact with global reward team members.

  • Provide self-directed reports and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.

  • Support annual updates to K-C’s benefits database and global benefit initiatives.

  • Manage invoicing and recharge process for global Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and other benefit programs.

  • Collaborate with global Reward teams and Talent business partners to schedule wellbeing webinars in partnership with the EAP provider.

  • Drive the development and manage updates for the internal intranet page on wellbeing support.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure project completion within expected guidelines.

  • Participate in process improvement activities related to leveraging data and technology.

  • Collaborate with the North America benefits team as required.

  • Support other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in compensation and benefits analysis or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in complex analysis and modeling. Excellent Excel skills are required.

  • Systems: Knowledge and experience with Workday preferred. Aptitude to learn and use multiple systems, including Workday.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Other: High degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in completing assigned projects.
