Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data collection, cleaning, interpretation, and reporting. Proficiency in SaaS-based tools and advanced Excel is essential, and knowledge of Python is a plus. The candidate will also play a role in sales strategy development, CRM management, and employee training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

   • Collect, clean, and interpret data using SaaS-based software platforms

   • Create and manage automated reports to provide actionable insights

   • Review current datasets and processes for accuracy and completeness

   • Analyze market trends and business data for improved decision-making

   • Knowledge of Python for data automation and analysis is an added advantage

2. Sales Strategy Development

   • Analyze data to identify sales trends and improvement areas

   • Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and implement data-driven strategies

3. CRM Management

   • Manage and update customer data in the CRM system

   • Ensure accuracy and consistency in CRM usage and reporting

4. Training & Support

   • Provide training to teams on CRM tools, data handling, and reporting

   • Support team members in understanding and using data effectively

5. Advanced Excel Utilization

   • Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros

   • Build dashboards and complex models for reporting and analysis

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and data visualization tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
