Job Overview

As a Business Analyst at Bhanzu, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining business operations, driving performance, and collaborating across departments. You’ll work closely with trainers, sales, and operations to ensure our business processes are efficient and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to optimize workflows and improve productivity.

• Analyze business performance data to deliver actionable insights.

• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely execution of strategies.

• Lead and participate in business meetings, providing updates and aligning teams.

• Maintain high data accuracy and organization across systems.

• Regularly evaluate business initiatives and report progress to leadership.

• Address operational challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.

• Proven skills in data analysis and turning data into actionable strategies.

• Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills, adaptable across all organizational levels.

• Result-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis is required.
