We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Quality Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving operational processes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a talent for bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Analyze commercial data such as budgets, sales performance, and forecasts.

• Model and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and assess business impact.

• Develop functional specifications based on business requirements.

• Provide cost estimates and identify areas for potential business savings.

• Translate complex technical terms into clear, understandable language for all stakeholders.

• Apply quality assurance practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-standard solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Quality Analysis.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis, business process modeling, and process optimization.

• Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders to document and interpret requirements.

• Ability to convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid understanding of quality assurance standards and best practices.
