Roles & Responsibilities:

• Represent stakeholders and translate business needs & technical issues.

• Scope the system, elicit project requirements, especially the business requirements.

• Write the project requirements clearly and concisely.

• Manage the project requirements and lead requirement reviews.

• Create and maintain analysis or domain models for the requirements.

• Act as a communication bridge, ensuring designs conform to project requirements.

• Work with the testing team to ensure the tests adequately cover the requirements.

• Run User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

• Provide post-delivery support until system stability.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in a B2B product-based organization (preferred for experienced candidates).

• Superior presentation, communication (written and verbal), and excellent listening skills.

• Strong technical skills to understand client requirements and develop technical solutions.

• Well-versed in data handling.

• Ability to work independently or in a group, and take leadership or follow as the situation demands.

• A self-starter with a proactive attitude who is not afraid of new initiatives.

• High-volume meetings and emailing, so strong organizational skills are important.

• Passionate about disruptive and new-gen technologies and their implementation.
