Job Title: O2C Cash Application Specialist

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary (Full-time)
Shift and Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented O2C Cash Application Specialist to handle high-volume data entry and ensure the accurate application of daily payments to customer accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in Order to Cash (O2C) Cash Application, be familiar with deductions and payment terms, and follow control and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy.

• Apply daily payments to customer accounts.

• Verify checks using automated OCR Abbyy/Document Understanding verification tool.

• Notify management of payment discrepancies or issues.

• Work with end-to-end processes in O2C Cash Application.

• Understand and apply deductions and various payment terms.

• Follow the guidelines and procedures provided by the Cash Application Manager.

• Complete tasks within expected timelines and contribute to other duties or projects as assigned.

• Adhere to Medline’s procedures and guidelines at all times.

Educational Qualifications:

• Required: Commerce Graduate

• Preferred: SAP ERP experience

Work Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in O2C Cash Application.
