Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional customer support for Enverus' software applications. This is a remote, night shift role that involves resolving user issues, maintaining detailed case documentation, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support via phone, email, or virtual screen share within service level agreements.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software application issues.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support cases.

• Deliver timely updates to customers regarding open or unresolved issues.

• Build rapport with customers and educate them on how to maximize value from Enverus products.

• Escalate and document technical issues thoroughly for faster resolution.

• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute actively to team discussions.

• Adhere to departmental processes and ensure efficient case management.

• Participate in rotating holiday support and maintain regular attendance.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Respond to client calls, emails, and web inquiries.

• Help customers with logins, navigation, and product-related queries.

• Troubleshoot issues and manage open and escalated support cases.

• Collaborate with teammates via chat, email, or calls.

• Stay informed on new product updates and features.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in client service, application support, or similar client-facing roles.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Industry experience or education in energy/technology is a plus.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

• 0% travel required (remote role unless otherwise needed).
