Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. You will be responsible for scaling our analytics capabilities across internal disciplines and guiding the strategic direction for analytics. You will also play a key role in organizing and analyzing large, diverse data sets and identifying insights that influence product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently and with cross-functional teams to scale analytics capabilities.

• Organize and analyze large, diverse data sets across multiple platforms.

• Identify key insights and leverage them to influence product strategies.

• Interact technically with vendors and partners to define scope, approach, and deliverables.

• Develop proof of concepts to validate or invalidate potential concepts.

• Collaborate with various teams to formalize approaches for accurate, efficient reporting on analytical requirements.

• Design and implement advanced statistical testing for customized problem-solving.

• Communicate findings clearly to senior management and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Specific Requirements:

• Excellent analytics, logical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics.

• Strong querying skills with SQL or No-SQL databases.

• Knowledge of Python, R for data analysis.

• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing (preferred).

• Familiarity with data processing platforms like Google Big Query, Hadoop, and Apache Spark.

• Knowledge of at least one data analysis platform: Data Studio, Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or SQL.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both orally and in writing.

• Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, regression, segmentation, time series forecasting, and modeling.
