About the Team:

The KYC (Know Your Customer) & Onboarding Team is crucial in ensuring seamless and compliant customer onboarding while adhering to global regulatory standards. The team is responsible for conducting customer due diligence, streamlining onboarding processes, and supporting business growth by managing risks. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working on innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business requirements, market trends, and operational solutions. You will analyze data to provide insights that support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather & Analyze Requirements: Collect and analyze business requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.

• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, market insights, and strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into effective operational strategies.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as business requirements, data models, workflows, and reports.

• Dashboards & Visualizations: Create dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in a clear, understandable format.

• Market Trends Monitoring: Track market trends and align findings with business objectives to recommend actionable solutions.

• Data Accuracy: Ensure high-quality and accurate data analysis to guide strategic decisions.

• Process Improvement: Support cross-functional teams in implementing and evaluating process improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on bridging business needs and operational solutions.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Expertise in analytics tools and programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented approach.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

  • Experience in creating clear and comprehensive documentation (e.g., requirement specs, workflows).

  • Ability to interpret market trends and align them with business strategies.

  • Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams and understanding various operational processes.

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.

  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and advanced data modeling (a plus).
