We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our project focused on improving the Order to Cash (O2C) process, with particular emphasis on reporting and dashboards for Accounts Receivable (AR) monitoring, collection activity monitoring, and related reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in the development and enhancement of reporting tools and dashboards for AR monitoring.

• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure transparency and effective communication regarding AR status and collection activities.

• Process Improvement: Support the implementation of process improvements to increase the efficiency of the dunning, collection, and AR processes in general.

• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process optimization.

• Documentation & Training: Help document procedures and create training materials for the improved processes.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI (experience preferred).

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with the D365 platform (preferable).

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to process improvements.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (business level).
