Key Accountabilities and Challenges:

  • Implement day-to-day customer master data queries and activities.

  • Provide site master data support for setup, transfers, and retirement of sites.

  • Set up retail sites and amend site details.

  • Coordinate with terminal partners.

  • Analyze data and execute data tasks.

  • Maintain relationships with business functions.

  • Ensure data input is consistent with standards and meets required completeness levels.

  • Run data performance reports for key quality measures (completeness, consistency, uniqueness, accuracy).

  • Participate in operations meetings on SLA agreements and critical metrics.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data standards.

  • Complete sustainable data quality improvement plans.

  • Identify and improve trends in data quality or process performance weaknesses.

  • Contribute to the data enrichment process on a continuous improvement cycle.

  • Support business partners across ANZ, ASPAC, UK, Europe, and US shifts.

  • Role will primarily cover US applications.

  • Sales, Sales Operations & Marketing teams

  • Logistics & Supply teams

  • Distributors & Resellers

  • External business partners


Education & Experience:

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with good vocabulary and grammar.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, business, finance, accounting, or related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in client-service-oriented functions within procurement, supply chain, customer, or finance.

  • Proven experience in master data systems management, including data conversion, consolidation, enrichment, and harmonization.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP or any other ERP system.

  • Experience working cross-culturally and in an international environment.

  • Ability to communicate and influence across various organizational levels.

  • Engaging, collaborative work style, resilient, and experienced in sophisticated environments.


Travel Requirement:

  • No travel is expected with this role.

  • Eligible for relocation within the country.

  • This position is not available for remote working.
