What You'll Do

The EP&P Analyst, Contract Management will primarily support the Global Procurement organization by ensuring the efficient extraction of contract metadata and managing contracts repository within Coupa. This role is instrumental in maintaining compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing supplier relationships through effective contract administration, as a part of the Source to Pay operations team based out in New Delhi.

  • Contract Validation: Review incoming contracts and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input contract metadata, terms, and key information into the Coupa contract management system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Contract Classification: Classify contracts based on type, category, and relevant attributes to facilitate proper categorization and searching.
  • Communication: Collaborate with business and sourcing stakeholders, procurement operations team and other relevant departments like legal to resolve any discrepancies and seek clarifications on contract metadata and call for contracts.
  • Contract Repository Maintenance: Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of contracts on Coupa, ensuring easy accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and analytics related to contract data, compliance, and performance as needed.
  • Training and Education: Provide guidance and training to other team members and stakeholders on contract management processes and using Coupa module.
  • Process Improvement: Actively participate in the development and enhancement of contract management processes and suggest improvements in workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.


What You'll Bring

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience preferably in a service center, doing contract management, supporting procurement operations or procurement consulting
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management including contract types and metadata extraction
  • Understanding of Purchase-to-pay tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience of managing multi geographies across time-zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Global Experience within the professional services industry in procurement or related function
  • Experience of managing SLAs and performance metrics
