???? Main Responsibilities

Reporting, Compliance, and Analytical

• Evaluate and analyze revenue and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) actual vs budget/forecast.

• Prepare OPEX (Operational Expenditure) analysis and ensure accruals are accounted for with proper documentation.

• Maintain and prepare schedules for prepaid expenses, asset capitalization, Fixed Asset register, and monthly amortization.

• Provide analytical support and commentary to the entity controller during the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.

• Ensure compliance with tax and local laws such as Income Tax, VAT, and WHT returns.

• Assist in the analysis of financial data, extracts, and define relevant information.

• Create financial models to support business needs.

Accounts Payable

• Ensure timely booking of vendor invoices and payments.

• Pass bank entries in the accounting system and apply payments against open invoices.

• Prepare bank documentation for foreign remittances (if any).

• Liaise for legal or statutory certification.

• Coordinate with banks for any remittance-related queries.

• Prepare interco billing and reconciliation.

• Prepare cash flow statements and assess funding requirements.

Payroll

• Verify employee claims and process payments.

• Liaise with HR and payroll consultant for payroll finalization.

• Support entity controller in closing statutory audits/financials.

• Ensure payroll is processed on time and accounted for, along with statutory payments.

• Verify the full and final settlement of exit employees.

???? Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience within the field.

• Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Accounting, Tax, and Compliance.

  • Experience in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.

  • A Finance Graduate with relevant years of experience or CA/CA-inter is a strong plus.
