Salary Range: ₹3,50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Education: Formal degrees are not mandatory; we value talent, skill, and work ethic above all

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess loan worthiness and review financial statements

• Configure financial data and documents into the ERP system

• Maintain database accuracy by entering, verifying, and backing up data

• Perform verification processes to determine data authenticity

• Generate final agreements for execution

• Contribute to team success by completing related tasks as required

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

• Self-managed, responsive, and committed to customer support

• High level of accountability and commitment to deliver quality results quickly

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

• Sound judgment and ability to follow procedures to take appropriate actions

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong intellectual curiosity
