About the Role

Techolution is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst MIS to join our growing team. This role involves end-to-end financial management operations including corporate accounting, compliance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control systems. We are looking for someone who exhibits meticulous attention to detail, unwavering work ethics, and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports

• Track KPIs and generate comprehensive financial reports

• Identify financial performance trends, risks, and provide strategic insights

• Support budgeting processes and monthly financial close procedures

• Develop accurate financial projections and robust financial models

• Conduct financial research and analysis as required

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, company standards, and regulatory frameworks

• Provide financial guidance and support to project teams

• Create and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analyses

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs for strategic decision-making

• Maintain and develop comprehensive MIS reports for senior leadership
