Job Description:

As a Health Operations Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Healthcare Claims team, responsible for the administration of health claims. This includes core claim processing tasks such as registering claims, editing and verification, claims evaluation, examination, and litigation. You will engage with business processes and operations, working with third-party administrators of prescription drug programs. This includes understanding the processes used to manage programs for payers, processing and paying prescription drug claims, developing and maintaining the formulary, and negotiating discounts and rebates with drug manufacturers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis and solve increasingly complex problems related to healthcare claims and operations.

• Engage primarily with peers within Accenture, but also interact with clients and/or Accenture management on occasion.

• Receive minimal instruction for daily tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.

• Make decisions impacting your own work, and possibly the work of others.

• You will act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.

• Manage client relationships and resolve disputes effectively.

• Handle multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines, even under pressure.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Any Graduation.

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in health operations, claims management, or related fields.

• Ability to establish strong client relationships.

• Capability to manage disputes and perform under pressure.

• Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management skills.
