Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst (Excel)

Location: 1st Floor, Tilak Bhavan, Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, Near Alka Talkies, Pune-30
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Shift Schedule:

• Evening shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

• Night shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

• Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:

As a Healthcare Data Analyst (Excel), your primary role will be to manage, analyze, and report healthcare data using advanced Excel functions, including dashboards, pivot tables, formulas, and charts. You will collaborate with internal teams and interact with US-UK based clients to ensure data accuracy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze healthcare data using Excel (Advanced Excel, Dashboards, Formulas, Charts, Graphs, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• Interpret healthcare and medical data to generate reports and insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data reporting.

• Communicate effectively with US-UK based clients via email and calls.

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / (D.Pharm) or any Science graduate.

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in Excel management, healthcare, pharma, FMCG data analysis, or any other data analysis field.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.

  • Ability to interact professionally with US clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, formulas, charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc.).

Shift Timings:

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Mon-Sat)

• Work Location: Work from office only.

• Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus.
