Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support Tesla’s business goals.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies. Partner with leadership to assess staffing needs and plan for future workforce requirements.

  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes, mergers, or restructuring efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or managerial role.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and coach leaders and employees, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and key HR functions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent management initiatives.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proven track record of successfully implementing change management strategies.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Occasional travel may be required to company locations or partner offices.
