Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new team members.
  • Oversee employee relations by addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and records to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast workforce needs and design training and development programs.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems).
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in HR roles.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and compliance is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional availability outside of normal hours may be required.
