What You Will Do

As an Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our analytics team—solving complex problems, building scalable solutions, and delivering high-impact insights to stakeholders across the globe. Your key responsibilities include:

• Data Analysis: Use SQL to access, prepare, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable business insights.

• Advanced Analytics: Apply a range of analytical techniques—from descriptive analysis to advanced analytics—to tackle key business challenges and drive strategic decisions.

• Reporting and Metrics: Identify opportunities to enhance monitoring and measurement capabilities using Key Metrics and KPIs.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with commercial and technical stakeholders worldwide to understand business needs and deliver effective data-driven solutions.

• Automation & Pipelines: Design and maintain automated analytical pipelines and solutions to streamline data processes (a plus).

• Continuous Improvement: Partner with engineers and analysts to enhance platform capabilities and improve efficiency.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse, global team that supports your growth and challenges you to innovate.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or related field with strong analytical foundations.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a data-driven business environment.

• Strong proficiency in SQL—able to handle large datasets quickly and accurately.

• Experience in automated data pipelines is a strong advantage.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and solving problems.
