About the Company

Vericle Corporation is a Health IT provider offering both an EHR software product and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services to healthcare practices in the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AR Follow-Up Analyst to help maximize reimbursement for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize insurance reimbursement for US-based healthcare practices

• Investigate and resolve reasons for claim denial, underpayment, or delayed payments

• Follow up with US-based insurance carriers regarding:

  • Unpaid or delayed claims

  • Underpayment issues

  • Denial appeals

• Communicate with US-based clinicians and practice owners to collect or correct any missing or incorrect data on claims

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in:

  • US-based AR follow-up

  • Charge and payment posting

• Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry and insurance claims processing cycle

• Knowledge of:

  • ICD-10, CPT, HCPC codes

  • CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats

• Experience with Vericle Software is required

• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Technical & Work Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in US Eastern Time Zone

• Reliable home internet access

• Mobile hotspot as backup internet source

• Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB RAM
