Job Responsibilities

✔ Understand & Integrate Functions: Maintain and develop a strong understanding of how the sub-function integrates with the overall function, along with the organization's products, services, and processes.
✔ Support Daily Operations: Assist Private Bank & Wealth Management (PBWM) in processing, reviewing, reporting, and resolving issues related to accounts, products, and services.
✔ Client Relations Support: Work closely with the client relations department to understand customer needs and ensure their requirements are met efficiently.
✔ Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in PBWM processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
✔ Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Implement controls and procedures to minimize risks and ensure smooth operations.
✔ Reporting & Presentations: Develop reports and presentations on PBWM performance and share insights with senior stakeholders.
✔ Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and developments to implement best practices in Private Banking & Wealth Management services.
✔ Project Involvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

✔ Collaboration: Work with various bank teams to integrate PBWM processes.
✔ Decision-Making & Influence: Provide recommendations and insights to support business decisions.
✔ Operational Responsibility: Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in team operations, taking responsibility for the final outcomes.
✔ Risk Management: Escalate policy violations and ensure compliance with new risk mitigation procedures.
✔ Regulatory Adherence: Deliver work in compliance with relevant regulations, rules, and codes of conduct.
