Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled NCT Operations Analyst to join our Asset Management - Trade Processing Group Team for US Derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Monitor intraday OTC, FX, and F&O trades processed by traders.
✔ Handle Confirmations & Settlements of OTC (SWAPs), F&O, and FX trades.
✔ Reconcile trades and margins between internal systems and custodians.
✔ Manage daily Variation and Initial Margin calls as part of Collateral.
✔ Ensure timely trade settlement by coordinating with the custody team and brokers.
✔ Understand the NDF (Non-Deliverable Forward) fixing process for FX trades.
✔ Communicate with brokers and the custody team via phone/email regarding trade settlements.
✔ Execute trade documents on time and manage paper confirmations from brokers for OTC trades.
✔ Calculate and process payments for TRS trades monthly.
✔ Fix non-deliverable FX trades on a monthly basis.
✔ Perform position and cash reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Experience in Asset Management and Investment Banking is preferred.
✔ Knowledge of US Derivatives products is an advantage.
✔ Prior experience with the Aladdin platform is a strong plus.
✔ Strong communication skills & professional email etiquette.
✔ Ability to manage escalations and control customer expectations.
✔ Team coordination and collaboration skills.
