Opportunity for Credit Analyst @ Logistics Firm - Mysore (Temporary Remote)

Responsible for the processing of credit applications for potential customers and establishing accounts. Periodic credit updates for existing customers. Determine risk by comparing credit limit to open account balance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Review and process credit applications for potential customers.
• Analyze credit data and payment history to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit
• Analyze risk comparing credit limit to open balance
• Initial entry and maintenance of account
• Minimize exposure for high risk customers
• Validation that new accounts are set up with appropriate credit limits, terms, risk level, and relationships.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve credit issues.
• ensure all credit is satisfactory for all sub/specialized accounts.
• Deactivate accounts as necessary
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word knowledge required; experience in credit and collections and billing procedures preferred.

• Ability to acquire working knowledge of trucking industry
• Ability to acquire working knowledge of company practices, methods and resources made available

Important Note: Logistics Firm - Mysore is a US-based company & they are planning to establish offices in Mysore within the next 4 to 5 months. Until then, employees will work remotely. Once the offices are operational in Mysore, candidates will be required to relocate to office locations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
