What Will You Do?

As a Research Analyst at Gain.pro, you will:

• Develop Research Content: Contribute to the development of research content for the Gain.pro platform, with a focus on U.S. businesses.

• Business & Financial Analysis: Research and analyze businesses by collecting and processing their financial and business information.

• Provide Insights: Offer valuable insights on companies to support Gain.pro customers.

• Monitor Events: Regularly check meaningful events related to businesses (e.g., new annual reports, M&A, business restructuring, ownership changes).

• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Private Equity Intelligence Associates both in India and globally.

• Support Research Projects: Contribute to value-added research and strategic projects.

What Do You Need to Join Us?

• Education: Excellent academic results with a background in finance, economics, business, or a quantitative field.

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in financial research, preferably at a shared services/competence center for Global IBD, Strategy Consultant, or Big 4 in India.

• Investment Enthusiasm: A strong interest in private equity and investment banking, with a passion for world-class investment research and in-depth analysis.

• World-Class Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bias for Action: Ability to get things done with minimal effort and be results-oriented.
