Full Job Description:

At Altus Group, we are advancing the global Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and PropTech industry through data, technology, and analytics. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our Global Sourcing team with a Procurement Analyst. This role plays a vital part in supporting our procurement function and improving the operational procurement process within the company.

You will be reporting to the Senior Manager-Global Procurement and will be responsible for procurement activities across the business. Your focus will be on sourcing, cost reduction, procurement processes, contract negotiations, and improving operational procurement value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management:

  • Participate in contract negotiations, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and favorable terms.

  • Trigger timely contract renewals and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Purchase Order Process:

  • Create, review, approve, and modify purchase orders.

  • Place orders with suppliers, track receipts, and maintain records for audits.

• Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with vendors to understand requirements for sourcing and apply best practices to improve order turnaround time, resolve queries, and address discrepancies.

• Records & Data Management:

  • Maintain and update records in the information management systems for product and service requests.

  • Manage the Contracts Tracker and ensure all team members are updating and actioning their remit.

• Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement operations.

  • Assist in creating procurement-related data dashboards and reporting oversight across the team.

• Promote Procurement Best Practices:

  • Help promote Procure as a Service (PaaS) across the business, aligning sourcing strategies with procurement policies.

  • Support procurement operational changes as needed and action change requests once approved.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent diploma in a relevant field.

• Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.

  • Familiarity with the Procure to Pay (P2P) lifecycle and information management.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools and Workday Procurement is desirable.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
