Role Overview – Production Analyst (Customer Success Associate):

The Production Analyst is responsible for securely processing and quality-checking medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act standards. This position is part of the Customer Success Team and requires working closely with customers to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Securely process electronic medical record (EMR) requests.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act standards.

• Provide back-up support to the customer support team and resolve ticket escalations.

• Maintain accurate client notes and system instructions as new customers onboard.

• Identify, research, and resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns.

• Monitor and respond to communications through email, chat, social platforms, and online ticket portals.

• Report, escalate, and resolve operational issues efficiently.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• EMR/EHR Systems: Minimum 3 years (Preferred systems: AthenaHealth, Greenway, Epic, Cerner).

• Healthcare Domain Experience: Minimum 3 years (Preferred).

• Medical Record Request Processing: 3 years (Required).

• Total Work Experience: 4 years (Preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive patient information.

• Ability to work independently, ensuring accurate and timely task completion.

• Strong communication skills – ability to follow and deliver both verbal and written communications effectively.

• Customer-first mindset: Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving approach.

• Comfortable with remote work and adhering to flexible schedules.
