About the Role & Team

We are looking for a Project Finance Controller to join our Borders Business Unit. You’ll be the financial right-hand to our Project Managers—managing financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to assess and communicate project financial performance against the approved Business Case.

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly estimates with variance analysis.

• Analyze financials and identify risks and mitigations, including scenario modeling when necessary.

• Ensure full compliance with IAS standards and SITA’s financial policies.

• Actively participate as the Finance Partner in virtual project team meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Certification

• Certified Accountant (CA) required.

???? Experience

• Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience in finance roles.

• Experience working in large global organizations.

???? Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Solid understanding of project financial controls and performance metrics.

• Clear and confident communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, international teams.
