Key Responsibilities

???? Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand buying needs, goals, and objectives.

• Analyze existing procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Document business rules, workflows, and dependencies within the procurement function.

???? Procurement Process Optimization:

• Evaluate the end-to-end procurement process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.

• Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

• Maintain procurement documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.

???? Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate procurement performance.

• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ongoing improvement.

???? Technology & Systems:

• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement procurement technology solutions (e.g., e-procurement systems).

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system enhancements.

• Support end-users in utilizing procurement systems efficiently.

???? Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with finance, operations, and sales teams to align procurement with business goals.

• Ensure timely procurement by understanding internal stakeholder requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and offer proactive support.

Qualifications

???? Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

????️ Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in procurement or supply chain).

• Experience in an e-commerce or retail environment.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.

???? Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View).

• Familiarity with procurement systems or e-procurement platforms.
