???? Position Overview

As Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will lead a high-impact team (~10 people), responsible for driving business insights, innovation, and analytics strategy. You will be the primary contact for internal stakeholders and accountable for managing data platforms, team leadership, program execution, and aligning analytics initiatives with business goals.

???? Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnership & Strategy

• Act as the single point of contact for internal business stakeholders

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for analytics and reporting

• Promote data-driven decision-making and business alignment

2. Program & Project Management

• Lead large-scale programs with effective planning and risk management

• Oversee resource and capacity allocation

• Manage cross-functional digital transformation (DT) processes

3. Technical & Platform Oversight

• Manage tools like Salesforce Tableau, Oracle OAC/OBIA, SAS, Looker, Power BI, Google Cloud (BigQuery)

• Drive tool consolidation, best practices, and platform optimization

4. AI & Innovation Strategy

• Explore AI applications using Google Gemini, OpenAI, Oracle AI, CoPilot

• Stay ahead of AI trends and integrate them into analytics operations

5. People Leadership

• Lead a team of ~10 members

• Coach and mentor junior and senior staff

• Drive talent development, performance reviews, and intern opportunities

6. Financial & Vendor Management

• Monitor platform costs (e.g., AWS, GCP), drive cost-saving initiatives

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoicing

• Enforce data retention and minimize technical debt

7. Operational Excellence

• Ensure platform uptime, scalability, and SLA adherence

• Lead change control, problem management, and KPI tracking

???? Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related

• 10+ years in Data Engineering/Analytics/BI

• 8+ years leading teams

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Tableau, Looker, GCP, BigQuery, Data Lakes

  • AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot

• Proven success in project management, vendor handling, and cross-functional collaboration

• Experience with SLA governance, agile/DevOps teams, and enterprise-level transformations

???? Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in Business or Engineering

• 15+ years of experience in relevant fields

• PMP, Tableau, or Google Cloud certifications

• Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet

• Experience with MSP (Master Services Provider) support
