About the Product Team:

The Product Team at Tata 1mg plays a key role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving innovation through technology. As a member of this team, you will work collaboratively with professionals dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare. Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team. This role will involve understanding market dynamics, analyzing product performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to help shape the product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the healthcare and e-commerce markets, including competitive products and market trends.

  • Gather, analyze, and distribute intelligence on product performance, competitors, and customer behaviors to support product discovery and development.

• Collaborative Product Development:

  • Be the go-to person for the product team, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, and Strategy) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Conduct regular competitive analysis on feature enhancements and rollouts by competitors.

• Data-Driven Insights:

  • Use product usage data to identify customer pain points and propose solutions.

  • Design A/B and multivariate experiments to test hypotheses and optimize product features.

  • Lead end-to-end analytics of a product pod to drive informed decision-making.

• Product Configuration Best Practices:

  • Work closely with the team to develop best practices for product configuration.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Skills & Tools:

  • Experience with Analytics & Data Extraction tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, MixPanel, Metabase is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze user engagement/retention and product performance data from clickstream data.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in online products (App/Web) is required (3 to 4 years preferred).

  • Experience in instrumentation of data (events, screens, goals, etc.) for tracking product performance.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to showcase data trends and recommendations to improve user engagement.
