About the Role:

Join Team Amex and lead the way in transforming recruitment technology systems. As a Senior Project Analyst, you’ll be a critical part of the Colleague Experience Group, focusing on implementing and enhancing recruitment systems that drive operational excellence and better hiring experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of recruitment systems and projects.

• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decisions.

• Build and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and system analytics.

• Collaborate across functions and influence without authority.

• Deliver clear reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex data.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to work during US shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, preferably within recruitment systems or HR tech.

• Familiarity with Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar platforms.
