About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and scale multi-brand social media accounts. The role involves implementing AI-powered strategies to deliver measurable growth and creating performance-driven campaigns across geographies. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for someone with experience and a proven track record in social media marketing and performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
  Handle end-to-end social media management for multiple brands on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

• Growth Strategies:
  Plan, create, and execute strategies to organically grow followers and engagement on social media.

• AI Integration:
  Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Copy.ai) for content creation, strategy optimization, automation, and competitor analysis.

• Campaign Management:
  Run and manage advanced paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. This includes remarketing and funnel strategies.

• Optimization:
  Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.

• Revenue Scaling:
  Scale ad campaigns that generate over ₹40L+ in monthly revenue for clients, both in India and globally.

• KPI & Reporting:
  Build platform-specific strategies with measurable KPIs and conversion goals, and report analytics, insights, and recommendations.

• Team Collaboration:
  Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Experience:
  Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and paid performance campaigns.

• Campaign Success:
  Proven success in scaling multiple brands beyond ₹40L/month revenue through digital ads.

• AI Expertise:
  Expert knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Copy.ai, and others.

• Ad Management:
  Strong knowledge of keyword planning, ad creatives, targeting, and performance optimization.

• Market Experience:
  Experience managing campaigns for both local (India) and international markets.

• Platform Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content performance dynamics, and engagement tactics.

• Data-Driven:
  Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, and CRM integrations.

• Independence:
  Strategic, independent, and execution-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Location:
  Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi (Hybrid model expected soon).
