Role Overview:

As a Service Delivery Operations Analyst in Trust & Safety - Content Management, you will oversee content moderation processes, risk management, and quality assurance. Your role involves analyzing, categorizing, and reviewing online content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Team Management – Lead and support a team of content reviewers, providing clear expectations, coaching, and feedback. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
✔ Content Moderation Oversight – Supervise content review operations, ensuring all user-generated content is accurately assessed per established guidelines. Handle escalated or sensitive content cases while adhering to legal and company policies.
✔ Quality Assurance – Implement quality control measures to maintain consistent and accurate content moderation.
✔ Training & Development – Identify learning needs, provide ongoing training, and enhance team performance through professional development opportunities.
✔ Policy Compliance – Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content review policies are up to date and aligned with industry best practices.
✔ Performance Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports on content review metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content review processes.
✔ Risk Management – Identify and mitigate potential risks related to content moderation. Stay informed on evolving industry challenges and regulatory requirements.
✔ Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams and clients to align content review strategies with broader business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

???? Education: Any Graduation
???? Experience: 3 to 5 years in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Operations Management
???? Technical Skills:
    ✔ Strong data analysis and reporting skills
    ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
???? Soft Skills:
    ✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    ✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities
    ✔ High emotional resilience and stress management skills
