Role Overview

The Supervisor, RCM Quality and Outcome Improvement (QOI) plays a crucial leadership role within ModMed India Operations. This role involves supervising a team of analysts and ensuring high-quality service delivery in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams to drive efficiency, implement process improvements, and enhance RCM performance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Supervision:

  • Manage a team of 10–20 analysts handling multiple practices within a single specialty.
  • Ensure compliance with billing processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support the team in prioritizing work and addressing challenges in a timely manner.

Performance & Quality Improvement:

  • Monitor Practice KPI trends, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop action plans (POAs) for client escalations and ensure consistent service quality.
  • Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to standardize processes.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work with internal and external teams to resolve RCM challenges and convert findings into wins.
  • Provide monthly trend analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support new client implementations and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Participate in process improvement discussions and contribute to SOP updates.
  • Analyze KPIs, create reports, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Use MS Office and advanced Excel to generate reports, pivot tables, and data visualizations.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Experience:
7+ years of experience in Physician RCM (US Healthcare), with 2+ years in Operations/QA/Process Improvement leadership.
✔ Strong knowledge of specialty workflows (Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, ENT, etc.).
✔ Experience working with federal, HMO, PPO, Capitation, and Workers' Comp insurance carriers.
Six Sigma certification and experience in quality/process improvement projects (preferred).

???? Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
✔ Ability to generate reports and provide data-driven insights.
✔ Experience with RCM software, ModMed PM, or gPM (preferred).

???? Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) for collaboration with onshore & offshore teams.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
✔ Commitment to fostering a positive and employee-focused workplace.
