Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in elementary education/TTC/B Ed / Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience
• Prior experience in teaching primary-level students is highly desirable.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
• Technical Requirements:
• Reliable laptop/computer
• Stable WiFi connection for seamless online classes.
