A pre-primary teacher's job involves planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons to foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children aged 3-5 years. Key responsibilities include creating a safe and nurturing learning environment, assessing and tracking child progress, communicating with parents, and collaborating with colleagues to support each child's holistic development through play-based and structured activities. Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Lesson Planning:Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote basic skills in language, math, social interaction, and creativity.
• Classroom Environment:Create a safe, healthy, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and collaboration.
• Child Development:Facilitate the development of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills through a variety of teaching techniques, such as storytelling, group activities, and practical exercises.
• Assessment & Monitoring:Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
• Parent & Caregiver Communication:Regularly communicate with parents and caregivers about a child's progress, needs, and development to foster a supportive learning journey.
• Classroom Management:Promote positive behavior and manage classroom activities, ensuring a clean and organized learning space.
• Collaboration:Work with other educators, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for all children.
• Promoting Play:Organize and participate in activities that use play to enhance learning and develop fundamental skills.
