Unimonks is a leading EdTech initiative founded by Ph.D. alumni from prestigious institutions like JNU, DU, and IIT Delhi. We specialize in entrance test preparation, with a primary focus on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG ). Our mission is to empower students and provide them with the highest quality education to excel in their CUET exams and achieve their academic goals.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maths Faculty member to join our academic team. The Maths Faculty will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the English Language for the CUET exam, which includes 12th class NCERT academics. Kindly Note we are looking for a faculty who have experience teaching 12th class, JEE or CUET academic maths. This post is not for quant or numerical ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lecture Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive online classes.
Use multimedia resources and teaching aids to enhance the learning experience.
Student Support:Provide guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their doubts and concerns related to maths concepts.
Offer personalized feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Curriculum Development:Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content.
Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in competitive English exams.
Assessment and Evaluation:Design quizzes, assignments, and assessments to evaluate students' competitive English skills.
Analyze and track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Quality Assurance:Ensure course materials and lectures meet high educational standards.
Participate in regular quality assurance reviews and contribute to improvements.
Research and Development:Stay informed about innovative teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Contribute to the development of new courses and educational content.
Collaboration:Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience.
Work closely with the academic leadership team to align teaching objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Teaching Experience of 2-3 years
• Proven experience in teaching
• Strong expertise in academic maths.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students excel in English language exams.
• Ability to adapt to online teaching tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of CUET exam is important.
