Job Overview:
As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward clients, responding promptly to their requests, and ensuring satisfaction across various communication channels. This role requires a proactive approach to addressing client concerns and resolving issues related to finance and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Professional Attitude: Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Respond to Client Requests: Answer client inquiries related to receipts, work orders, and general requests through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Handle Client Complaints: Identify and resolve customer complaints related to finance and transactions.
• Track Client Interactions: Accurately record and track all client interactions, requests, and transactions.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with colleagues and other teams to address client needs and ensure smooth communication.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work in US hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong computer literacy.
